General Overview

Seals and trails are cosmetic effects that can be attached to a player’s individual pokemon. Players can only add seals and trails to their own pokemon. They can add multiple of each, up to a configured maximum. When seals and trails are combined, they occur simultaneously.

Trails are simple particle effects that follow a pokeball when it is thrown.

Seals are effects that play when a pokemon is released from their pokeball or sent out in battle. The effects can be particles, and currently sound effects can also be played.

Ideally, players will acquire effect items through server shops. They can right click on one of their pokemon to use the item and give the effect to that pokemon. The effects are non refundable; using a command to clear effects from a pokemon will not refund them. Duplicate effects cannot be added, and trying to do so should produce an error message.

A pokemon with seals or trails can be traded, and the effects will be carried over.

/pokeseal clear <slot>

Clears all effects (seals and trails) from the pokemon in the chosen party slot. This will not refund the effects.

Using this on an empty party slot will produce an error message.
